Founded in 1996 solely by Roy Beck, NumbersUSA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that believes better immigration policy is possible and needed.

NumbersUSA empowers over 8 million grassroots supporters spread across every congressional district to impact immigration policy with information, tools, access, and influence.

Problem:
NumbersUSA struggled with an outdated, unappealing website design, confusing younger users with disorganized content and an unengaging layout.

Solution:
With an awesome team at Action Digital, including a UX architect, a Delivery manager, a PM, a Dev lead, and more, and through comprehensive user research, we crafted five distinct personas and user journeys, embodying a wide spectrum of users.

Embracing this user-centric strategy, we revamped the website to resonate perfectly with the preferences and expectations of our younger demographic. The outcome? A sleek, contemporary design that not only caught the eye but also captured the hearts of our desired audience, driving up sign-up rates and fulfilling our business objectives.
