Retreats And Venues

A premium platform designed to connect companies and organizations with exceptional 5-star corporate retreats worldwide, reimagined to deliver an Airbnb-like booking experience for offsites and executive getaways.

I joined RetreatsAndVenues to lead the design transformation of the platform, focusing on elevating both the marketing website and the digital booking experience to better reflect the quality, scale, and ambition of the product.

Problem

• The existing marketing website did not clearly communicate the premium nature of the retreats
• The booking process was largely manual, creating friction and limiting scalability
• The web app lacked a clear, intuitive flow from discovery to booking
• The overall digital experience didn’t match the expectations of enterprise and corporate clients

Solution

The focus was on redesigning the entire digital ecosystem with a product-first mindset. Starting with the marketing website, the experience was restructured to better showcase retreat offerings, destinations, and value propositions.

In parallel, the web app was redesigned to support a smooth journey from search to booking, reducing friction, clarifying options, and enabling companies to customize and secure their retreats more efficiently.

Design decisions were driven by usability, clarity, and alignment with the brand’s vision of delivering world-class experiences.

Result
• A clearer, more premium digital presence aligned with enterprise expectations
• A significantly improved discovery and booking flow
• Foundations laid for a scalable, fully digital booking platform
• Strong alignment between brand promise and product experience

Key parts of the process included

• Marketing website redesign
• Web app UX/UI redesign
• User flow and booking journey optimization
• Platform structure and information architecture
• Product-driven design decisions aligned with business goals
